SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse within 48 to 72 hours (business days) after your purchase is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier.

2. Delivery Time Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days for Metropolitan France, and 10 to 15 business days for the rest of Europe.

Note: Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates We deliver to Metropolitan France and Europe.

• Standard Shipping: 3.90€
• Free shipping on orders over 60€

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can then track your parcel in real time via our tracking page or the carrier's website. Please note that tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update in the system.

5. Potential Delays While we do everything possible to meet the stated timeframes, circumstances beyond our control (customs checks, strikes, weather conditions, or high demand) may cause delays. If your parcel has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us at contact@ory-men.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and correct. Ory cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or undelivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address. If you notice a mistake shortly after your purchase, please contact us immediately (within one hour of placing the order) so we can attempt to correct it before shipping.
