Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) exclusively govern the sale of products offered by Ory on the website ory-men.com. They are accessible at any time on the website and, where applicable, take precedence over any other version or conflicting document.

2. Prices

The products are provided at the prevailing prices listed on the website at the time the order is recorded by Sira. Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT included). Ory reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the products they wish to order on the website. The sale shall be deemed final only after the customer has received an email confirmation of the order’s acceptance from Ory and after Ory has received full payment of the price.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time the customer places the order, via secure payment methods (credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, or PayPal). Sira shall not be required to deliver the ordered products if the customer fails to pay the full price under the above conditions.

5. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the products shall transfer from Ory to the customer only after full payment has been made, regardless of the delivery date of the products.

6. Legal Guarantees (Important Article)

In accordance with French law, all our products are automatically covered, without additional charge, by the following legal guarantees:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) for products that are defective, damaged, or do not match the order (valid for 2 years).
  • Legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code) for defects in materials, design, or manufacturing that render the products unfit for use (valid for 2 years).

To assert these rights, the customer must notify Ory in writing (by email to contact@ory-men.com) of any non-conformity or hidden defects within the above-mentioned timeframes and return the defective products in the same condition as received, including all original accessories and packaging.

7. Applicable Law and Language

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and subject to French law. They are drafted in French. Should they be translated into one or more foreign languages, the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

8. Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the customer must first contact Ory’s customer service at contact@ory-men.com. If no resolution is reached, the customer is informed that they may resort to conventional mediation, including through the French Consumer Mediation Commission or other relevant sector-specific mediation bodies.
